He was ANZ Lead and member of the Global Energy Sector Board. He has lectured at the University of Adelaide's Bachelor of Project Management degree, served on the PMI Adelaide board, and authored Risk-Based Estimating Guidelines for both the Tasmanian Department of State Growth and WA's Public Transport Authority. He delivered the project management and project controls training for BAE Systems for over 15 years. A Mechanical Engineer with a Post-Graduate in Project Management, he was a certified PMP, holds PRINCE2™ accreditation and has delivered major engagements for BHP, Santos, ElectraNet. Romildo holds a strong conviction that project controls should function as a strategic performance lever — not a compliance exercise.
